PolyPad Super-Chock - Marine Choking Compound

PolyPad Super-Chock is developed to provide a solid foundation by choking or grouting for marine, pump, and industrial applications. It has been tested to have extremely low thermal shrinkage, high impact, and compression strength. PolyPad is supplied in two parts - chocking compound and hardener.

PolyPad has obtained approval from major class societies including LR/EU, LR, ABS, CCS, DNV, BV, NK, and CR, and is the first chocking compound with EU certification.

PolyPad has been applied to the chocking of stern tubes, rudder, main/ auxiliary engine, deck machinery, and pumps for hundreds of vessels in the last couple of years. The vessel type includes a container vessel, bulk carrier, tanker, ferry, work boat ... etc. with over 500 references.
